Mixed field Greens tossed with Feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil

Crème of Tomato and Basil Soup

Choice of:

“Jerked” Pork loin
Jerk Marinated pork loin slow roasted and carved to order, served with beans and rice.

Chicken and mushroom sauté
Sliced chicken breast sautéed with crimini mushrooms, medley of wild mushrooms, grape tomatoes, garlic, shallots, white wine and fresh herbs, then topped with blue cheese. Served with a mixture of wild rice and couscous.

Linguine vongola bianco
Sautéed little neck clams with garlic, shallots, lemon juice, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs, tossed with linguine pasta.

Apple Dumpling with an apple cinnamon sauce.

Lamb Shank
Braised lamb shanks finished with a rich vegetable demi-glace, tri-color bell peppers and crimini mushrooms, set on a bed of orzo pasta (large enough to share)

Pork Chop
A Double frenched pork rib chop marinated and seared, then finished in the oven. Served with an orange sour cream sauce and wild rice.

Crab Fra Diablo
Jumbo lump crab meat sautéed with onions, fresh thyme, lemon juice, white wine, garlic, & Shallots. Then finished with a lightly spiced marinara sauce. Served on a bed of Fettuccini.
