“Jerked” Pork loin
Jerk Marinated pork loin slow
roasted and carved to order, served with beans and rice.

Chicken and mushroom sauté
Sliced chicken breast sautéed
with crimini mushrooms, medley of wild mushrooms, grape tomatoes, garlic,
shallots, white wine and fresh herbs, then topped with blue cheese. Served
with a mixture of wild rice and couscous.

Sautéed little neck clams with
garlic, shallots, lemon juice, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh
herbs, tossed with linguine pasta.
Apple Dumpling with an apple cinnamon sauce.

then finished in the oven. Served with an orange sour cream sauce and wild
