 Reservation Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your hunt. In the event of a cancellation we will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to fill your spot with another hunter. If we are unable to fill your spot we will apply your deposit to the following years hunt or another vacation package offered by the ranch. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds or credits offered for early departure. Non-hunting guests may stay at Black Mountain Ranch for $110 per day including lodging and meals.
